Free UK Express Delivery

  • We are pleased to offer complimentary express delivery on all orders within the UK.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery timeframes are 3–5 business days.

Returns Policy

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy on all beauty devices and skincare products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

  • Beauty Devices: Must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals.

  • Skincare Products: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, skincare items must be unopened, with the original seals intact. We cannot accept returns for skincare products that have been opened or tested.

  • Timeline: The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, opened, or tampered-with skincare products.

  • Beauty devices that show signs of use or cosmetic damage.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

The Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email info@aesgo.co.uk within 14 days of receipt with your order number.

  2. Authorisation: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number.

  3. Dispatch: Securely package the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Warranty Policy (Beauty Devices Only)

All AesGo beauty devices are covered by a one-year limited warranty. This covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to skincare products or consumables.

Exclusions The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, incorrect voltage, or unauthorised repairs. Claims are only valid with proof of purchase from AesGo or an authorised seller.

Adverse Reactions (Skincare)

In the rare event that you experience an adverse reaction to a skincare product, please discontinue use immediately and contact info@aesgoaesthetics.com for clinical guidance.
