Treatment Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Booking and Payment

Once you have selected your treatment and scheduled your appointment, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of your treatment. For your convenience, we accept cash, bank transfers, and all major credit or debit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note that failure to provide this notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Our team will be happy to help you find a more suitable time for your visit.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In such cases, you will have the option to either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund Policy

  • Standard Treatments: If you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded in full.

  • Anti-Wrinkle (Botox) Treatments: For cancellations involving prescribed treatments, a non-refundable prescriber fee of £30 applies. The remainder of your deposit will be refunded.

  • Late Cancellations: Deposits are strictly non-refundable if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided for any cancellation or change.
